Es decir, proporcionar respuestas r\u00e1pidas y \u00fatiles que satisfagan a los usuarios. Se trata de dos objetivos que a primera vista, podr\u00edan considerarse antag\u00f3nicos. Sin embargo, con la tecnolog\u00eda adecuada es posible desarrollar un modelo que combine una atenci\u00f3n de calidad, r\u00e1pida y personalizada, con un sistema rentable que se adapte de forma continua a la evoluci\u00f3n del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Los servicios de atenci\u00f3n al cliente pueden filtrar llamadas, mejorar la b\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n de sus agentes, solucionar las incidencias m\u00e1s sencillas o comunes y derivar aquellas llamadas que requieren una asistencia m\u00e1s compleja. A todos estos avances se une la capacidad de aprender, raz\u00f3n de ser de la inteligencia artificial. Los <i>bots<\/i> son capaces de superar el nivel de programaci\u00f3n de los sistemas tradicionales, lo que engloba aspectos como la gesti\u00f3n de bases de datos, la recopilaci\u00f3n de interacciones o el conocimiento de producto\u2013 y aprender de la interacci\u00f3n con las personas.<\/p>\n<p>En la era del consumidor, este aprendizaje resulta vital para ofrecer respuestas acertadas a problemas concretos. En este sentido, la automatizaci\u00f3n se presenta como una opci\u00f3n viable para eliminar la distancia que exist\u00eda hasta ahora entre las exigencias de hiperpersonalizaci\u00f3n y el objetivo de rentabilidad. No hay que olvidar que uno de los problemas m\u00e1s habituales en la atenci\u00f3n al cliente es rentabilizar el servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Para no sacrificar la calidad del servicio al reducir los costes, la alternativa es aprovechar mejor los recursos disponibles. Acciones como mejorar las tasas de resoluci\u00f3n de la primera llamada o reducir el tiempo de respuesta favorecen un uso racional de estos recursos al tiempo que incrementan la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, que recibe una experiencia de mayor calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, los sistemas de aprendizaje y de anal\u00edtica predictiva proporcionan un an\u00e1lisis mucho m\u00e1s profundo de las interacciones con el cliente, incluso en tiempo real. As\u00ed se logra un mayor control del desarrollo del servicio, lo que permite una mejora continua de la atenci\u00f3n. Esto se refleja en las cifras: gracias a la inteligencia artificial se puede predecir con m\u00e1s de un 90% de posibilidades de acierto las necesidades del usuario.<\/p>\n<p>El desarrollo de estas tecnolog\u00edas ha hecho surgir un viejo debate entre las capacidades humanas y las tecnol\u00f3gicas. La controversia se genera entorno a la idea de si un <i>chatbot<\/i> capaz de responder a las solicitudes de los usuarios con m\u00e1s rapidez y calidad que un ser humano o si, por el contrario, el uso de la IA deshumaniza la atenci\u00f3n al cliente. Es decir, \u00bfes compatible automatizar y robotizar estas operaciones con ofrecer un trato cercano y c\u00e1lido?<\/p>\n<p>Para responder a esa pregunta hay que tener en cuenta que el objetivo de la inteligencia artificial aplicada a la atenci\u00f3n al cliente no es sustituir a los empleados, sino mejorar la calidad y eficiencia del sistema. Hoy por hoy, los<i> chatbots<\/i> ya son capaces de procesar millones de datos para identificar patrones y generar conocimiento a partir del cual poder responder a cientos de miles de peticiones a la vez, de forma ininterrumpida y en varios idiomas.
